A note from Lauren: This is my absolute FAVORITE thing in the kitchen!! I love steeping herbs in this baby because it’s so beautiful to be able to see the herbs through the glass. I steep my herbs for 5-10 minutes for maximum medicinal benefits. In the summer I like to pour the tea in a mason jar, stir in a little honey, and either refrigerate to use for later or I pour it over ice for a refreshing treat.
