Refund policy

We want you to love your Lauren Liess & Co. goods! Eligible items such as clothing in unworn, new condition with tags and household goods may be returned within 30 days of receiving an order for a refund of the merchandise value. Please review the full list of ineligible items and our refund policy below before beginning the process.

How to Return or Exchange

- If you receive a defective or damaged item or need a different size, please email us at shop@laurenliess.com with details and photos of the product and packaging and let us know what size you need or what is wrong with the defective item within 30 days of receipt. Depending on the reason for the return, you may be responsible for return shipping costs.

- Upon approval from our team, we will provide you with a shipping label to attach to the return package so that you can send it back to us. Please include your return/exchange form in the package.

- Upon receipt of a returned product, we will fully examine it and, as needed, either exchange, replace, or refund the purchase price using the original method of payment depending upon whether it is a return or exchange.

Ineligible Items. Many of our "ineligible items" are made-to-order, one-of-a-kind, or oversized and we hope you understand that we are unable to accept returns on these items.

  • Vintage, antique and one-of-a-kind items
  • Furniture
  • Art
  • Rugs
  • Fabrics
  • Lighting
  • All sample items (including fabric swatches, tile samples, etc.)
  • Large breakable items such as our wine jugs, large glass vases and garden cloches

Depending on the reason for the return, you may be responsible for return shipping costs. Return shipping is only included for select items. All other return shipping costs are charged to the customer. We do not accept return items from international orders.
