Rosemary has long been used for its anti microbial, antibacterial, cleansing, and hydrating qualities, to increase circulation, for joint and pain relief, and can be ingested in teas or food or applied directly to the body. 4 fl. oz.

Uses: Spray directly on the skin for a toning and antibacterial face and body mist to keep skin hydrated, balanced and bright. Also good as a hydrating hairspray to help frizz and tangles. Spray onto food for a delicious rosemary flavored dish. Spray 5 or 6 times in an 8 oz glass of water for kids and adults for all-natural flavor with healthy benefits!
NOTE FROM LAUREN: Rosemary hydrosol is one of my favorites in the kitchen! I love spraying it on roast chicken or chicken salad for an easy rosemary chicken salad. Another house favorite is roasted peppers coated in rosemary hydrosol with a bit pf parmesan cheese on top.
About Hydrosol: Hydrosols are pure floral waters from steam distilled flowering herbs, transforming the botanical resilience of plants into liquid form. The final product is lightly saturated with beneficial plant compounds and a naturally light fragrance. The result is a lightly fragrant distillate with a slight verdant nuttiness, which carries the sensory and chemical properties of the plant distilled.
