NOTE FROM LAUREN: I drew this pattern, for my daughter. Gisele, just after she was born. I papered her bedroom walls in the yellow colorway- the bedroom she now shares with her little sister- and I've tried really hard to instill a love of bugs of all kinds in both of my daughters- even spiders! They now call them their "friends" when they find them which is such a welcome alternative to the screaming I used to hear when they'd come across a bug.
