FLOOR PLAN + RENDERING + SOURCING LIST

A to-scale floor plan diagrams where your furnishings and/or cabinetry should be placed. A rendering illustrates our recommended design concept for your room and a sourcing list links every item in the design so you can purchase them if you choose. Design concepts are yours to implement on your own timeline and tweak as needed. One edit is included. If you need plans for multiple rooms, adjust the quantity when you add the package to your cart.

FURNITURE PLAN + DESIGN BOARD + SOURCING LIST

A to-scale floor plan diagrams where your furnishings and/or cabinetry should be placed. A mood board illustrates our recommended design concept for your room and a sourcing list links every item in the design so you can purchase them if you choose. Design concepts are yours to implement on your own timeline and tweak as needed. One edit for one item is included. If you need plans for multiple rooms, adjust the quantity when you add the package to your cart. For open floorplan living spaces, please contact us for the recommended number of rooms if you are unsure. If open floorplan room has a dining space and a living space for example, you would need to order two parcels.

STEP 1: PURCHASE YOUR PLAN

Add your plan or plans to your cart & checkout.

STEP 2: YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL

You will receive an email from us within 48 hours (Mon-Fri) with measuring, photography, and inspiration board instructions .

STEP 3: COMPLETE YOUR TO-DO LIST

Fill out your style questionnaire, photograph and measure your room, and create a Pinterest board with photos of rooms you love. Take photos of any items you want to keep, including furnishings, rugs, lamps etc. Measure these items and share photos, measurements, and your Pinterest board with us.

STEP 4: WE GET TO WORK!

We create plans for the room of your dreams. We will be in touch if we have any questions.

STEP 5: YOUR PARCEL ARRIVES IN YOUR INBOX!

Within 20 working days, your parcel will arrive in your inbox. (Happy day!!) Now that you have everything in your parcel needed to put together the room of your dreams, get moving!! It’s time to paint, shop, decorate and/or begin renovating! And finally, we’d love to see pictures of your finished projects!

F.A.Q.s

Q: DO I HAVE TO BUY EVERYTHING ON THE SOURCING LIST?

A: Nope! The sourcing list is yours to implement and tweak as you please. For example, if we source a white sofa from a particular brand, you can buy a white sofa from a different company (or any color sofa for that matter!) If we source a floral pillow, you might see a similar one by a different brand on sale at a store and that's great too. Feel free to make it yours and use it as a guide for your design but don't feel limited by it.

Q: CAN I BUY CABINETRY FROM YOU?

A; Yes! If you decide that you want to implement your kitchen or bath design with us, we can quote it out for you. We have partnered with Unique Kitchens & Baths to create a beautiful line of cabinetry designed by Lauren. We ship to all 50 states. (Yes- Even Hawaii and Alaska!)

Q: ARE PARCELS REFUNDABLE?

A; Parcels are non-refundable as we have already undertaken the work and time to create your custom parcel.

Q: CAN I GIVE PARCEL AS A GIFT!

A: Absolutely! Just select gift wrap at check-out and we will mail out a parcel certificate to the shipping address listed.
